#14 - I don't want eat chicken 'n noodles - I don't wike it.
Yes, I'm a mean mommy. I make my kids eat what I cook. No short order cook in this house. Now I don't make them eat everything on their plate, but they have to eat one bite. Just try it. So this particular day we had corn, lima beans and chicken and noodles. This child is a little different. He loves vegetables. He gobbled up his lima beans and corn saying the whole time, "I wuv wima beans!" However he wouldn't touch the chicken and noodles.
So he sat there.
The rest of us finished and got up from the table. And he cried. And he cried.
But he wouldn't eat that one bite - just one!! "I don't wike it."
Finally after 30 minutes of crying and carrying on he ate the bite.
"Mommy, I wike it!"
I think I might get my first gray hair soon.
