Heat - yes it is important!

We woke up this morning to 57 degrees downstairs and 60 degrees upstairs.  Hmmm - the thermostat was set to 60 and 67.  Something wasn't right.  Nope - heat wasn't working.  Got the heating guy here and luckily he got it going and to keep it from happening again will "only" cost us $500.  It could have been worse!!
