My sweets!

Okay - we don't go out for dessert every night. Somehow we ended up with two nights of dessert. Last night we went to Baskin Robbins (we had coupons!!) and I got Carter and Caleb a scoop of Cookies 'n Cream to share, although I let Carter think it was his and he was sharing with Caleb. I was periodically giving Caleb spoonfuls of Carter's ice cream but Carter was eating the majority of the ice cream. Then he handed me the ice cream cup which just had a little bit left in it and said, "Mommy, you need to get Caleb some because there's not much left." I was floored - how unbelievably sweet and thoughtful - so Carter. He may try and take Caleb's toys and hide his trains so Caleb won't get them, but in the end he loves his little brother to the core and is always so concerned with Caleb's welfare and happiness. Their relationship is so sweet and beautiful to me.
